For Haem, I was brought on to the Proud Robinson + Partners team to further develop the concept and create the designs for the Bothy dining experience. Guests of Diageo Rare and Exceptional were invited to experience Haem through an immersive exhibition at the Saatchi Gallery.

First, guests encountered the Heather Wall, followed by experiencing four of Diageo's premium distilleries through architectural models. Finally, visitors journeyed through highland hills until reaching the mirror bothy where a dining experience awaits.

The highland hills were designed to experience different lighting states, creating the illusion of an entire day passing from dawn to dusk.
